Community land trust vision

Land should serve the mission.

The intended structure keeps land owned by the nonprofit for mission use, so it cannot be sold off or turned into speculation once the legal structure is approved.

Planned model

People who live there could build homes, grow food, generate clean energy, and run community businesses that fund the mission instead of outside extraction.

Legal gate

Bylaws, board control, resident rights, enterprise revenue, private benefit limits, donation language, and land restrictions need community land trust counsel before fundraising claims are finalized.
